The Crush and Glow Signature Smoothie

  • 1 cup cold water
  • large handful of dark leafy greens {spinach, kale, romaine, micro greens, sprouts, etc}
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 30 gram scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder {or a mix!}
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • scoop of collagen powder {optional}
  • sprinkle of flax seeds

Add water first and then the balance of ingredients to blender and blend well!

Remember to always take your time and chew your smoothies!
