Baked Sweet Potato Fries

These are yummy!


  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • pink Himalayan salt and black pepper


  • preheat oven to 450˚F
  • evenly cut sweet potatoes into long thin strips
  • mix olive oil, pink Himalayan salt and black pepper in a bowl
  • add potatoes to your bowl and coat them with the oil/spice mix
  • place potatoes evenly on baking sheet
  • bake for about 45 minutes

Makes about 3 servings.

I love to eat them with mustard, and I cube the leftovers for lunch bowls and salads {or reheat them in a toaster as fries again}.

Easy peasy.
