THE BEST EASY RECIPE:

  • 1-2 cups cold filtered water
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop plant protein powder
  • 1 large handful of raw greens {baby kale, spinach, romaine or arugula are my faves}
  • 2 tablespoons of nut butter, raw tahini or coconut manna
  • 1 teaspoon of MCT oil
  • 1 teaspoon of a superfood add-on {I switch it up: flax seeds, chia seed, pumpkin seed, hemp seed, collagen powder}
