Freezer Fudge {My #1 Dessert}

Freezer Fudge is my favorite dessert right now — it’s easy to prepare and keep on hand, it’s delicious, nutritious and will not spike your blood sugar. What more could you ask for??! Freaking perfection.



  • melt coconut oil in a large bowl
  • whisk in cacao powder, almond butter and monk fruit extract
  • pour into ice cube tray {I use this guy to help keep it tidy}
  • sprinkle with salt
  • freeze {fudge is ready in 20 minutes}
