About

We’re all balls of energy that get to live this beautiful journey called life and then we die. Nothing morbid, just like, it’s deep and not that deep all at the same time.

Ya know?!

Crush and Glow is about living well. It’s about tools, simple and easy methods for living a good life. It’s about perspective, lifestyle and health {of body, mind, and of sweet mother earth}. It’s about balance. A balance of priorities –> feeling good, looking good and not alienating yourself from society just because you want to be healthy. It’s about the integrity of what we consume, about spending time producing things {not being self-destructive} and about avoiding clutter of any and all kinds. I aspire to love the things I have, and to not have too many things.

I love veggies and vegan food but I love an organic burger and sweet potato fries once in a while, too. I keep my home super clean and chemical-free, but sometimes when I’m not in control {like out to dinner with a big group friends for example}, I say fuck it and just go with the flow ~ always making mindful decisions but keeping it simple and non-dramatic. Because I know how to balance things out and not let one unhealthy meal throw me out of sorts.

I want to share information that sticks with you for life, that changes the game for you. Information and inspiration that’s super meaningful while also attainable and affordable.

I grew up in Brooklyn, went to college in Colorado, spent a year in LA and now I’m back living in NYC.

I’m hustling every day to live a really good life, to live the life of my dreams. I always want to evolve, grow and be the forever-changing best version of myself. I couldn’t have it any other way. I want to be happy and free and in control of my destiny ~ and I want that for all of you, too!

May all beings everywhere be happy and free.

Thank you so much for reading, I’m really excited that you’re here.
