My Favorite Strawberry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cold almond milk
  • 1/2 cup cold filtered water
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries {or frozen}
  • 1 scoop {30 gram} of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon raw walnut butter
  • handful raw spinach or romaine lettuce
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon MCT oil
  • 1 serving scoop of collagen powder {optional}
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds topper

Instructions:

  • Add water first and then the balance of ingredients to blender & blend well.
