Peanut Butter Power Smoothie {#Protein}

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cold almond milk
  • 1/2 cup cold filtered water
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop {30 gram} of vanilla protein powder
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter {or peanut butter if you must ;-}
  • handful raw spinach
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coconut manna {sooo good}
  • 1 serving scoop of collagen powder {optional}
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds topper

Instructions:

  • Add liquid first and then the balance of ingredients to blender & blend well.
