Pumpkin Spice Latte {easy, vegan, organic}

You can still have all the foods you love, just make your own version with clean ingredients that actually have nutritional value and do something good for you!

Tis the season and so this morning I whipped up this DELICIOUS pumpkin spice latte —

  • Brew your coffee with pumpkin pie spice sprinkled in with your ground coffee
  • Add warm nut milk {recipe here, you can easily heat up on stove top}
  • Add 1 teaspoon of MCT oil {healthy fat good for brain function, cell health and balanced hormones}
  • Optional grade B maple syrup to taste
  • Mix together and sprinkle some pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon on top
