Simple Smoothie {chocolate, coconut, banana}

My go-to smoothie this week, tasting real good! It’s also a good balance of fat, protein and greens, with minimal fruit…perfect.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup cold filtered water
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • handful of organic arugula
  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of raw almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut manna {coconut butter}
  • sprinkle of flax seeds
  • sprinkle of chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add all ingredients except for chia seeds to a blender and blend well
  • Pour into glass and top with chia seeds
  • Enjoy!
